Founder
50 years in the business
A first-generation entrepreneur from Sunaria, a village near Rohtak in Haryana. He began with a single water tanker, saw the coming demand for fuel transport, and built the family into a contracted carrier for all three public sector oil marketing companies. He remains active in the business.
Second generation
Second generation
33 years in the business
The eldest son, who took the fleet past two hundred vehicles. Responsible for the strategic planning, operating philosophy and customer-focused approach that shaped the company's growth.
Director
20 years in the business
The younger son, and the force behind running and maintaining a fleet at scale. He came up from the ground floor of the operation to lead it, known for finding workable answers to operating problems.
Third generation
Chief Executive Officer
Third generation, focused on financial management and operations monitoring, with a background in business and finance. Driving the modernisation of the company's processes.

Third generation, working across operations monitoring and human resources, and closely involved in the day-to-day running of the business.
